From Ireland to Graceland – musical tour with a difference

Music fans from all over Ireland – particularly those with a weakness for Elvis Presley and Country and Western – are invited to travel from Ireland to Graceland.

Leading escorted tour operators NST are running a “Follow From Ireland to Graceland” trip to Nashville, Memphis and Graceland from October 28 to November 4, departing from Shannon Airport.

The group will visit all the leading attractions in these two outstanding American cities, including Music Row recording studios, Elvis’ residence at Graceland, his birthplace and museum in Tupelo, Nashville Nightlife Theatre, the Grand Old Opry, and the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The trip, priced at €1899 (per person based on two sharing), is exceptionally good value for the time of the year. This includes return flights from Shannon Airport, six nights B&B accommodation in top hotels, guided tours of both cities, admission to tourist attractions in both cities, return coach transfers to accommodation, and all airport taxes and security levies. The group will be accompanied by guides for all excursions.

Anyone interested in travelling, or looking for further details, should contact group organiser Liam Horan (087 9185867), or liamhoran04@yahoo.ie . Or send a deposit of €200 (made payable to NST Ltd) to Liam at 16 Caislean Riada, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, today to secure your place. Early booking is advisable to ensure your place.
